Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If you have a customer account, you can sign in and use the quick-return process.

1. Select the products. Return all or only selected eligible items from the order.
2. Provide shipment details. Check the order data and add the delivery method, packaging type and dispatch date.
3. Pack and send the parcel. Use the original packaging or another secure package and hand it to the carrier or an appropriate parcel point.

Include proof of purchase and a clear withdrawal statement with your name and, where necessary, the bank-account details required for a refund. You may also send the withdrawal statement by email to sklep@meico.studio. The date on which the statement is sent or the return parcel is dispatched determines whether the 14-day period has been met.

The returned goods must be complete. For sealed food products, including tea, the packaging must remain unopened. If an item does not meet the return requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds are made no later than 14 days after the returned parcel is received, using the payment method originally selected where possible. For a partial return, the original shipping cost is not refunded. The customer bears the direct cost of sending the goods back. If a paid order was not collected, the refund may be reduced by the carrier’s return-shipping charge.

Complaints

If a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can resolve the problem.

2. Describe the issue and include the order number plus relevant evidence, such as photographs and the receipt or invoice.
3. We will reply as quickly as possible with further instructions.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the solution may include replacement, repair, refund or another remedy appropriate under the applicable rules.

Statutory guarantee of conformity

Independently of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you have a statutory right to a remedy if the goods do not conform to the contract. Under EU law this right lasts two years from delivery. You may request repair or replacement and, where that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. This right is free of charge and is not affected by any commercial guarantee.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may seek help from a consumer dispute resolution body. Consumers in the European Union can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence, which advises on cross-border purchases free of charge. In Poland, out-of-court proceedings are also available before the Regional Inspectorates of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzkie Inspektoraty Inspekcji Handlowej) and before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
